55 Balcony Plunge Pools for a Residential Development in Dubai

MAT Plastic Industries delivered the engineering, design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, handover, and maintenance scope for 55 balcony plunge pools at the DANUBE Petalz development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

DPW Properties Development LLC created a project consisting of a residential and commercial tower located in Arjan First, Dubai. The building comprises two basement levels, a ground floor, six additional floors, and a roof level, accommodating a total of 339 apartments. The development benefits from convenient access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.

GRP Structures and MEP Installation Scope

The project incorporates two pool configurations developed to accommodate the structural and operational requirements of the development.

The scope executed by MAT Plastic Industries covered engineering, design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, handover, and maintenance activities for the balcony plunge pools. GRP structures and MEP systems formed part of the complete package delivered for the project.

Maintenance support continued after handover through defect rectification services carried out during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

The delivery covered the complete lifecycle of the project, including engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, with continued support during the post-completion phase.
