89 Private Plunge Pools for a Residential and Retail Development
MAT Plastic Industries executed the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 89 private plunge pools for the SAMANA Miami 1 residential and retail project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Developed by Samana Developers, the project is located in Al Barsha South Fourth and consists of a building with a ground floor, parking level, and six residential floors. Private plunge pools were integrated into the development as part of the residential concept.
Pool Design, Manufacturing and Installation Scope
MAT Plastic Industries delivered three pool configurations to meet the structural and architectural requirements of the project.
The scope included the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of private plunge pools, together with the fabrication and installation of GRP/FRP pool structures, waterproofing systems, pool equipment, and MEP systems. Coordination between civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines ensured proper integration of the pools into the building structure and long-term operation.
Turnkey Pool Systems for Residential Projects
Drawing on its experience in composite manufacturing and water treatment technologies, MAT Plastic Industries supplied a complete turnkey package for the development. The project demonstrates the company’s ability to deliver integrated pool systems for residential applications.
