MAT Plastic Industries successfully delivered the complete design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning scope for 93 private plunge pools at the prestigious SAMANA Santorini residential development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Developed by Samana Developers, the project is located in Al Hebiah Second, Dubai Studio City, and consists of a modern G+4+R residential complex with a total built up area of approximately 18,016 square meters. The development comprises 157 luxury residential units, including studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartments, complemented by an extensive range of premium leisure and wellness amenities.

Comprehensive Pool Engineering & Composite Solutions

MAT Plastic Industries was responsible for the complete pool package, delivering six different plunge pool configurations tailored to the architectural and operational requirements of the development. The scope included the design and fabrication of FRP/GRP pool tanks, waterproofing systems, MEP integration, advanced filtration systems, testing procedures, and final commissioning support.

The project demanded precise coordination across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless integration of the private pools within the building structure while maintaining the highest standards of quality, durability, and long term performance.
