The ASHIYANA Square X Building development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai includes 66 private balcony plunge pools integrated into a residential tower. MAT Plastic Industries is responsible for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the pool systems across the development.

Developed by Tasmeer Development Ltd. and Ghusia Bus Rental LLC, the project comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments supported by a broad range of residential, leisure, and wellness amenities.

These include co-working spaces, indoor and outdoor gyms, swimming pools, sports courts, barbecue areas, children’s facilities, yoga stations, a clubhouse, sauna and steam rooms, jogging tracks, and landscaped green areas.

Acrylic Panels and Pool System Integration

MAT Plastic Industries is responsible for seven pool configurations developed to meet the architectural and structural requirements of the building.

The scope includes the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of private balcony plunge pools incorporating acrylic viewing panels, GRP pool structures, filtration systems, pumps and circulation equipment, waterproofing systems, mosaic tile finishes, and electrical and water supply connections.

Coordination between structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines supports the integration of the pools into the building while ensuring reliable operation and long-term performance.

Composite Pools and Water Treatment Solutions

The project is delivered as a complete package incorporating acrylic panels, GRP structures, filtration systems, pumps, waterproofing, and mosaic finishes to support the installation of balcony pools across different unit types.
