Developed by Imtiaz Real Estate Investment and Development LLC, the project consists of a 13-storey residential building overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Situated on Dubai Islands, Cotier House combines waterfront living with residential facilities and common amenities designed for leisure and everyday use.
The development incorporates retail outlets, restaurants, a gym, swimming pool, sports facilities, children’s play areas, barbecue areas, parking facilities, landscaped spaces, and community areas.
L-Shaped Acrylic Panels and Pool Construction Scope
MAT Plastic Industries carries out the complete pool package, delivering one pool configuration developed to meet the architectural requirements of the project.
The scope includes the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of private plunge pools featuring L-shaped acrylic viewing panels, GRP pool structures, MEP systems, filtration equipment, pool fittings, mosaic finishes, piping works, and control panels.
Coordination between structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines supports the integration of the pools into the building envelope and contributes to long-term operation and maintenance.
GRP Structures and Filtration Equipment for Residential Pools
MAT Plastic Industries provides a turnkey package that combines GRP structures, acrylic panels, filtration systems, MEP components, and finishing works.
The use of L-shaped acrylic viewing panels allows the pools to be integrated into the residential design while maintaining structural performance and operational reliability. Currently under construction, Cotier House expands MAT Plastic Industries’ portfolio of residential pool projects in Dubai.
